At PDL the customer experience is our main focus. We have implemented in-house training certification that continuously evaluates our performance internally. PDL also incorporates external auditing through independent industry organizations, which reviews our performance based on quality assurance and efficiency. PDL also regularly surveys both customers and employees for feedback and as part of ongoing improvement programs.
